To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and contracts, schedule and deliver sessions, process payments, and send session reminders. If you opt in, we may occasionally send studio news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the studio - scheduling, invoicing, online galleries, print labs, and album designers - and only as needed to complete your work.
Images
Client images are delivered through a private online gallery. We do not publish images of clients for marketing without permission, and you may request that your images never be published at any time.
Cookies
This site and our booking and gallery partners may use cookies to keep sessions working and to understand general site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as intended.
Data retention & security
We retain session files and business records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations. Files are stored on secured, backed-up systems.
